有一种说法认为碰饼最滋补的吃法就是在皮上凿开一个洞,倒入打散的蛋液和放入龙眼干,再放入锅子里用麻油煎香,适合给坐月子的产妇吃。
One belief is that the most nutritious way to eat pong piah is to poke a hole in the crust, pour in a beaten egg and dried longans, and fry with sesame oil in a pan. The final product is said to be suitable for women in postpartum confinement.
