Dr Ho Nai Kiong
Retired Paediatrician
Dr Ho was a paediatric specialist for half a century. He graduated from the University of Singapore in 1966 and received his Master Degree in Medicine (Paediatrics) in 1971. He was also awarded a Colombo Plan Fellowship in 1975 to study newborn medicine.
His professional and academic appointments include Former Chairman, Paediatric Medicine, KK Hospital, Singapore; Associate Dean (Medicine), National University of Singapore;Visiting Professor Jinan University, China. Dr Ho was also made a Knight of Grace of the Order of St John (UK) in recognition of his long-term contributions to the St John Ambulance Singapore.
Presently, he is a column writer for Lianhe Zaobao. He has written several books in English and Mandarin and had won the 2014 Singapore Literature Prize (Chinese non-fiction section).

Vincent Ng
Founder of Wufang Singapore
A former Mediacorp actor, World Wushu Champion, and three-time SEA Games Gold Medalist, Vincent is also a Wushu icon of Singapore.
In 2005, Vincent founded martial arts school, Wufang Singapore. Through Wushu and fitness training, he aims to help adults and children develop and attain discipline, focus and resilience.
Vincent also wrote “TEN: A Lean and Sculpted Body in Ten Weeks”, a fitness and wellness book which combines the principles of nutrition, weight and cardiovascular exercise.

Physician Zhang Yu Fei graduated from Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
He specialises in TCM Orthopedic treatments and is well-versed in using acupuncture, Chinese medicine and tuina to manage metabolic diseases, digestive and sub-health problems.

Fitness Trainer (Pilates & Rhythm Cycling)
With three years of fitness coaching experience under her belt, Jia En is the new fitspo icon of her generation and one of the most popular fitness trainers now. She also dons the hat of the content creator by producing workout videos on her personal YouTube Channel ‘Sweat With JE’.
She also won the 1st Runner Up at Miss Universe Singapore 2018.
As an advocate for eco-living, she strives to live sustainably and speaks about climate issues on her social media platforms regularly.
