  • 源自福建话。
  • 有说法认为面煎粿源自福建,而后在新加坡、台湾、马来西亚、印度尼西亚等地流行起来。
  • 面煎粿的外皮由煎熟的面浆制成,而内馅则以花生碎为主。除 了传统的花生碎内馅,现代的面煎粿还有许多不同的口味,包括椰丝、红豆沙、芝士、炼乳、香蕉等。
  • 制作面煎粿得先将面浆倒在一面圆形平面锅煎熟,再加入馅料,最后在出锅前将面皮折叠为半圆形裹住馅料。
ETYMOLOGY
  • The term originated from Hokkien.
  • It is believed that peanut pancakes originated from Fujian province in China, and later became popular in places such as Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia.
  • The pancake is made using a wheat-flour batter. In addition to the traditional peanut filling, other options that have been introduced include grated coconut, red bean paste, cheese, condensed milk, and banana slices.
  • To make a peanut pancake, the batter is poured into a round flat pan and pan-fried. The filling is then added, and the pancake is folded into a semicircle before being removed from the pan.
