  • 传统的马来豆腐沙拉包括生和熟的材料,生材料有黄瓜、洋葱、胡萝卜、生菜及包菜。熟材料有豆芽菜、蕹菜、长豆、包菜花 、马铃薯 、鸡蛋、豆腐、虾饼及小红葱头。

ETYMOLOGY
  • Gado-gado originated from Indonesia, where it is a specialty, and is popular in Southeast Asia.
  • Gado-gado means “to mix and stir” in Indonesian and is also the local name for the dish.
  • Traditional gado-gado includes raw and cooked ingredients. The raw ingredients include cucumber, onion, carrot, lettuce and cabbage. The cooked ingredients include bean sprouts, kangkong, long beans, cauliflower, potatoes, eggs, dried tofu, prawn crackers and shallots.
  • The key to delicious gado-gado is the peanut sauce that is mixed into the dish at the end. The main ingredients of the sauce include peanuts, dried chilli, fried shallots, lemongrass, dried shrimp and coconut milk。
