释义

名词

在建筑时所使用的土地。

DEFINITION

Noun

A plot of land used in construction.

由来
  • 英语“site”的意译。
  • 现今,在高度发达的新加坡社会里,地段被赋予了更多的商业意义。例如新加坡的商贸聚集区、银行证券业聚集区、风景名胜区等,大多被称为黄金地段。
ETYMOLOGY
  • The Mandarin term “地段” is a paraphrase of the English term “site”.
  • In highly developed Singapore, land usage is closely tied to commercial significance. As such, most of the trading, commercial, banking and financial hubs, as well as scenic spots and tourist attractions, are considered “prime sites”.
