  • 新加坡绿色计划是新加坡的第一个环境发展蓝图。1992年，当时的环境部(Ministry of Environment；现称为永续发展与环境部，Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment)宣布了这项计划，目标是确保新加坡在促进经济增长的同时不危及环境。
  • 2002年，当局推出了“新加坡绿色计划2012”，这是第二项让新加坡能够维持环境永续发展的计划。
  • 政府在2021年2月10日公布了“新加坡绿色计划2030”，为可持续生活、具韧性未来、绿色经济、能源重置及大自然中的城市五方面制定明确的目标，希望能推动企业、个人及公共领域在未来的十年里朝永续发展的目标迈进。
  • 新加坡绿色计划2030由教育部(Ministry of Education)、国家发展部(Ministry of National Development)、永续发展与环境部、贸易与工业部(Ministry of Trade and Industry)及交通部(Ministry of Transport)五个部门联合主导。
ETYMOLOGY
  • The Singapore Green Plan was Singapore’s first environmental blueprint. It was announced in 1992 by the Ministry of Environment (now Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment), with the objective of ensuring that Singapore’s economic growth would not harm the environment.
  • In 2002, the Singapore Green Plan 2012 – the second blueprint for environmental sustainability in Singapore – was launched.
  • On 10 February 2021, the Singapore Government announced the Singapore Green Plan 2030, which sets clear targets under the five pillars of Sustainable Living, Resilient Future, Green Economy, Energy Reset and City in Nature. These targets are meant to drive businesses, individuals and the public sector towards environmental sustainability over the next decade.
  • The Singapore Green Plan 2030 is a joint initiative by five ministries, namely the Ministry of Education, Ministry of National Development, Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, Ministry of Trade and Industry, and Ministry of Transport.
