  • Bandung 一词来自马来语,泛指两种或多种物料混合起来。在新加坡的语境里,“bandung”也可理解为玫瑰糖浆与炼乳或淡奶的结合。
  • 玫瑰露加奶的外观呈粉色,口味甜美,带有浓郁的玫瑰花香,是新加坡的特色饮料之一。
  • 除了可自制,新加坡的多个饮料品牌也推出不同包装的玫瑰露加奶,如瓶装和罐装包装的饮料,并在各大超市出售。
ETYMOLOGY
  • The term bandung is from Malay and generally refers to the mixing of two or more ingredients. In Singapore’s context, “bandung” could also refer to the mixing of rose syrup with condensed milk or evaporated milk.
  • Bandung is a sweet-tasting, pink-coloured beverage. It carries the rich aroma of roses and is one of Singapore’s specialty beverages. 
  • While bandung can be homemade, the drink is also sold by several beverage brands in Singapore in bottles or cans at local supermarkets.
