Kalingam is a fashion run walk and talks which seeks to educate the younger generation about the clothing and jewellery described in Sangam literature.

In this programme, youths can participate in teams with a partner to design their own costumes inspired by Sangam literature and showcase them in a fashion runway. Participants will also have the opportunity to analyse characters from Sangam Literature and their historical origins. They will present their findings with historical references, providing the audience with insights into both ancient history and contemporary perspectives.
