Singapore monuments are an integral part of our heritage and we will be exploring three local monuments for this presentation. Our 20-minute digital presentation will consist of three poems in Tamil integrated with dance visuals to bring the poem to life.

The poems will be written and narrated by three local poets in Tamil and each poem will unfold the history and interesting facts about the monument.

We intend to highlight the following monumental places/sites in our presentation, Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, Fort Canning Park and the National Gallery.

We believe that our showcase will inspire youths of today to learn more and show interest in the language and literacy through the narrated poems and Indian dance, relating it with our rich Singapore history.
