Pattimandram, also known as “Tamil Debate”, will return this year as part of the Tamil Language Festival 2019. 

This debate promises a showdown of oratorical skills and wit, infused with elements of humour.

The speakers will be pitted against each other in the different rounds, as they discuss topics and content related to Singapore and on local culture.
