An announcement about a short film making competition was made in the first week of January and participants were strongly encouraged to attend the workshop for short film making conducted by Mr Rajagopal, a Singapore based film maker.

Workshop participants will be encouraged to produce a short film and have submitted their entries in March 2017.

The entries will be judged by a panel of expertise in the film industry. The prize presentation ceremony and showcase of the selected short films, alongside with a sharing session by Tamil Movie Director, Mr.AL.Vijay and Mr.Rajagopal will be also be held during this event.
