As part of Singapore Tamil language Festival 2017, organisers have organised a speech competition for primary and secondary school students and winners will be awarded with prizes in during the event. 

Well known Tamil Speaker, Mr.Ela.Pugalenthi from India will also be delivering a talk on how participants can learn Tamil language in a simple and interesting manner. He will deliver a lecture on various developments in the Tamil language literature. Dialogue/discussion with students and guest speaker is also included. Participants like students and public will definitely enjoy and benefit from this programme.
