KAVIMANAM will be a platform for poetry writers of all levels to compete for honours during the annual Tamil Language Festival. 

The weaving of words, applying metaphors and rhyming patterns and evoking imagery and feelings through the language is an art form that not only delights the poets and the listeners but also enriches the language environment. Singapore Indian Association invites all who are interested in Tamil poetry to submit their poems on a given subject, expressing their artistic language to present their thoughts.
