The People’s Association Indian Activity Executive Committees Council (PA Narpani Pearavai) together with the Indian Activity Executive Committees (IAECs) from the Central Singapore Community Development Division (CS CDD) will be organizing SORKALAM 2016, the National Tamil Debate Series for Secondary Schools. This will be the 12th year the event is being organized, and it is again being supported by Ministry of Education’s Curriculum Planning & Development Division.
