The programme aims to inculcate the importance of spoken Tamil, keep it as a living language and develop leadership qualities. There are about 14 to 16 clubs under 4 Areas (3 to 4 clubs comprise an area).

Contests will be held at club level, moving forward to respective Area level and the final contests at Division Level.
