The programme for this year’s Tamil Language Festival will be more aspirational as we look into the future of the Tamil Language in Singapore. Students will partake in an exciting programme at the “The Arts House” which was previously the Old Parliament of Singapore. The venue together with the programme activities, are aimed at providing students the opportunity to have an enjoyable yet educational time in understanding the struggles our forefathers went through, in making Tamil Language as one of the official languages in Singapore.

This is the seventh edition of the programme.  The organisers are hoping that this innovative programme will inspire students to use more Tamil in their daily lives to ensure Tamil remains vibrant in a Singapore of the future.
