A medical clinic established by the Government to provide Singapore citizens and permanent residents with highly subsidised medical services.

由来
  • 1988年，第一家“新一代诊疗所”（new-generation polyclinic）在大巴窑8巷成立，这也是第一家使用高科技设备，如综合诊疗所病人管理系统（Polyclinic Patient Management System, PPMS）的诊所。
  • 2017年，卫生部宣布整合公共医疗体系，现有的六个区域医疗系统（regional health systems）整合为三个：新加坡保健服务集团（Singapore Health Services, SingHealth）、国立健保集（National Healthcare Group, NHG）和整合后成立的国立大学医学组织（National University Health System），负责管理全岛的18间综合诊疗所。
ETYMOLOGY
  • In 1988, the first “new-generation polyclinic” was established at Lorong 8 Toa Payoh. It is also the first clinic to introduce high-tech equipment, such as the Polyclinic Patient Management System (PPMS).
  • In 2017, the Ministry of Health announced the reorganization of Singapore’s public healthcare system, from six regional health systems into three integrated clusters: Singapore Health Services (SingHealth), National Healthcare Group (NHG) and National University Health System. These clusters will be in charge of managing the 18 polyclinics nationwide.
