由来

关于咖喱卜的由来有三种说法：一是源自1800年代的英国康沃尔馅饼（Cornish pasty），二是源自葡萄牙肉馅卷心菜（empanada），三是源自印度的咖喱角（samosa)。
咖喱卜的外皮通常由纯面粉和牛油制作而成。其内馅则有所不同，但主要食材包括咖喱、马铃薯、肉丁、水煮蛋等。

ETYMOLOGY

Curry puffs are believed to have originated from three possible sources: the British Cornish pasty of the 1800s, the Portuguese empanada, and the Indian samosa.
The pastry shell of a curry puff is made primarily with flour and butter. The filling varies, but key ingredients include curry, potatoes, diced meat and boiled egg.
