  • 在2017年公司法(Companies [Amendment] Act 2017)的修正案中，新加坡财政部 (Ministry of Finance) 和会计与企业管理局 (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority) 提出了外国公司在新加坡的向内迁册制度 (inward re-domiciliation regime)。如此一来，外国公司就无需设立子公司。
ETYMOLOGY
  • Transfer of Registration means the relocation of the place of registration, or a change in an organisation’s members’ affiliation.
  • Under the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017, the Ministry of Finance and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) introduced the inward re-domiciliation regime for overseas companies in Singapore. In this way, overseas companies do not need to set up local subsidiaries, and can simply apply for a Transfer of Registration.
