由来
  • 服务公寓把酒店设施和家庭功能相结合，价格也比酒店便宜很多。服务公寓的特点是为顾客提供一个完整而又独立的住宿空间，拥有齐全的厨房设备，提供厨具和家用电器，让住户准备餐食。此外，服务公寓一般也提供清洁、洗衣等服务， 有些还提供自助早餐。
  • 服务公寓的地点一般靠近市中心或商业中心，购物十分方便，适合人们中长期居住。
  • 设备齐全的服务公寓，不仅是旅客短期居住在新加坡的一个理想的居住场所，据说也是本地居民的一个住宿选择。
ETYMOLOGY
  • Serviced apartments combine hotel-like amenities with family-friendly functionality, and are more affordable than hotels. They offer a selfcontained living space, and come equipped with full kitchen amenities, including kitchenware and appliances, allowing residents to prepare their own meals. In addition, they provide housekeeping and laundry services on demand. Some serviced apartments even provide buffet breakfasts.
  • Serviced apartments are usually located near the city centre or commercial centres, offering residents convenient access to shopping, and are suitable for mid- to long-term stays.
  • Serviced apartments are not only ideal for tourists from abroad, but are also a form of accommodation among some Singaporeans.
